Return Policy
This Return Policy applies to physical products purchased from Elitecoachdesira through our website or by direct contact. Club membership and digital challenge access are not physical products and are addressed separately below.
Return Eligibility
You may return eligible products within fourteen (14) days of delivery if the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Products showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund.

We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization reference. Please do not send items without prior confirmation.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within five to ten business days. Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within seven days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional product cost, subject to availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are generally not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered
- Digital club access, challenge registrations, or locker account fees
Membership Cancellations
Club membership may be cancelled at any time by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund prior membership periods unless otherwise stated in your membership agreement.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly shipped product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
